Strong understanding of ISP, IPTSP, enterprise connectivity, and ICT solutions
Experience in corporate sales, government tenders, and key account management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

About the Role
HRC Technologies Limited is seeking a highly dynamic and result-oriented Senior Manager / AGM to lead nationwide sales and revenue growth. The role is responsible for expanding enterprise connectivity, IPTSP, cloud, and managed ICT services across corporate, SME, and government sectors in Bangladesh.
Key Responsibilities
Lead national sales strategy and revenue growth for ISP & IPTSP services
Develop and manage enterprise, corporate, SME, and government client portfolios
Drive sales of Internet, IPTSP, Cloud, Data Center, Cybersecurity, and Managed Services
Build and maintain strong C-level relationships with key enterprise clients
Lead contract negotiation, tender participation (including e-GP), and deal closure
Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and revenue reporting
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
Coordinate with technical and marketing teams for service delivery alignment
