Experience:

• 7 to 14 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service, ISP

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Candidates holding CCNA, MTCNA / MTCRE / MTCSE certifications will be given preference.

• Age 25 to 40 years

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the ISP, Telecom, or ICT industry.

• At least 2 years of experience in a team lead, assistant manager, or managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, Routing & Switching, and network troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, and Huawei devices.

• Experience in FTTH, NOC, and ISP operations.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Manage daily operations of NOC, Support, and Network teams.

• Monitor and maintain ISP backbone and FTTH network performance.

• Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, VLAN, Routing, and Switching environments.

• Support and administer Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, and Huawei network devices.

• Maintain firewall, Linux servers, DNS, RADIUS, and network monitoring systems.

• Handle network incidents, escalations, and service restoration activities.

• Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational procedures.
  Assist in implementing network expansion, upgrades, and optimization projects.

• Coordinate with vendors, upstream providers, and technical partners.

• Prepare technical reports and support budget planning activities.

• Mentor junior engineers and support team skill development.
