Responsibilities & Context:
Lead NOC, Support, and Network Engineering teams.
Ensure uptime and stability of ISP backbone and FTTX networks.
Design and manage BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and routing infrastructure.
Oversee Cisco, Juniper, Mikrotik, and Huawei environments.
Manage firewall, Linux servers, DNS, RADIUS, and monitoring systems.
Handle major incidents, escalations, and SLA compliance.
Develop SOPs, security policies, and disaster recovery plans.
Manage vendor coordination, bandwidth negotiation, and technical budgets.
Lead team development, training, and operational excellence.
