Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Brand & Communication to support the development and execution of the company's branding, marketing, and communication strategies. The incumbent will be responsible for enhancing brand visibility, ensuring consistent brand messaging, managing corporate communications, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, media partners, agencies, and other stakeholders to strengthen brand equity, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, and project management skills with a passion for building impactful brand experiences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth.
Plan and implement Modern Trade Marketing initiatives, ensuring effective visibility, merchandising, and promotional activities across key retail chains.
Design and manage BTL activation programs, including roadshows, product sampling, trade activations, and experiential marketing campaigns.
Lead retailer, dealer, distributor, and stakeholder engagement programs to build strong business relationships and enhance channel performance.
Develop and execute community activation programs to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and local market penetration.
Coordinate with sales, trade marketing, and distribution teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Manage branding activities across multiple channels, including outdoor advertising, POSM deployment, events, and corporate branding.
Monitor campaign effectiveness, market trends, and consumer insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
Liaise with advertising agencies, vendors, media partners, and event management firms to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
Prepare marketing reports, budgets, and performance analyses for management review.
