Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement digital media and e-commerce strategies aligned with brand objectives, business priorities and sales growth targets.

  • Coordinate with brand custodians, sales team, trade marketing team, agency partners and e-commerce channel partners to ensure smooth execution of digital and e-commerce activities.

  • Plan, brief, execute and monitor always-on digital campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok and other relevant digital platforms.

  • Develop and activate platform-specific promotional campaigns for e-commerce platforms such as Daraz, Chaldal and other relevant online marketplaces.

  • Analyze digital media spending to assess whether current investment is effective, profitable and aligned with expected business outcomes.

  • Track campaign performance, media efficiency, reach, engagement, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, sales contribution, ROI/ROAS and recommend improvement actions.

  • Drive the full digital funnel from media exposure to product page visit to purchase by working closely with media agencies and e-commerce partners.

  • Manage product page content across e-commerce platforms and ensure accuracy of product information, brand identity, visual consistency, tone and communication.

  • Use social media data, e-commerce platform analytics and consumer insights to improve content strategy, promotional planning and campaign effectiveness.

  • Identify ineffective digital spending areas and recommend better media allocation to improve profitability and business impact.

  • Manage brand-side influencer and creator briefs to ensure content quality, brand fit and campaign effectiveness.

  • Monitor competitor digital activities, online consumer trends, marketplace performance and category movement to identify growth opportunities.
