- Minimum 5 years’ experience in building supervision and electrical maintenance (preferably in high-rise buildings).
- Sound knowledge of electrical distribution systems, generators, and basic plumbing.
- Ability to handle multiple technical issues independently.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day maintenance and operation of a 10-storied building.
Perform and monitor all electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting works.
Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems, generators, water pumps, lifts, and lighting.
Oversee security, housekeeping, and other support staff to ensure smooth building operation.
Maintain logs of maintenance works, equipment usage, and electricity consumption.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for necessary repair or maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety and fire protection standards.
Report regularly to management regarding building status and issues.
