Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Diploma in Electrical

• Diploma or Trade Certificate in Electrical or related field.

• At least 5 years

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building supervision and electrical maintenance (preferably in high-rise buildings).
• Sound knowledge of electrical distribution systems, generators, and basic plumbing.
• Ability to handle multiple technical issues independently.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day maintenance and operation of a 10-storied building.

• Perform and monitor all electrical maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting works.

• Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems, generators, water pumps, lifts, and lighting.

• Oversee security, housekeeping, and other support staff to ensure smooth building operation.

• Maintain logs of maintenance works, equipment usage, and electricity consumption.

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for necessary repair or maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with safety and fire protection standards.

• Report regularly to management regarding building status and issues.
