·         Production floor efficiency and performance·         Machine and labor productivity·         Lost time / down time·         Machine utilization·         MM ration·         Cut ship ratio·         Order ship ratio·         On time delivery [ OTIF-on time in full]·         Average style change over time·         Right first time quality [ RFT]·         Garment cost per pc·         Absenteeism and labor turn over [ LTO]

·         Receiving the production schedule from planning department and ensure the man power availability, machine availability , attachments , folders, and other related matters are full fill to meet the production schedule.

·         Ensure to achieve the company goals / KPI's mainly set in efficiency / performance and on time delivery with first time right quality.

·         Ensuring in pre-production activities are done as per the T&A calendar and Working out the human and material resources needed

·         Overseeing the production process in hourly & daily basis to meet the given schedule.

·         To  attend immediately on supply chain issues to avoid loss time in production.

·         Ensure to minimize the needle down time as much as possible and Ensuring that the production is cost effective;

·         Ensuring on time delivery of product and quality of product

·         Drafting a timescale for the job to meet the production schedule ;

·         Estimating costs and setting the quality standards;

·         Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed;

·         Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment;

·         Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control process with the involve;

·         Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;

·         Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;

·         Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed; Supervising and motivating a team of workers;

·         Reviewing worker performance; Identifying training needs and attending with concern persons on training and skill developing of the workers.
