Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and sustainability standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and environmental management
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement EHS and Sustainability policies, procedures, and programs.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, legal requirements, and international standards.
Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
Manage fire safety, emergency preparedness, PPE, and chemical management programs.
Lead initiatives to reduce energy consumption, water usage, waste generation, and carbon emissions.
Coordinate environmental and social compliance audits and certifications.
Prepare EHS and Sustainability reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct employee awareness and training programs.
Lead and develop the EHS & Sustainability team.
