Responsibilities & Context:
•Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
•Collaborate with other executives to define and execute the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with operational capabilities.
•Oversee and manage all aspects of day-to-day operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, quality control, and customer service.
•Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement & implement corrective actions.
•Lead and manage a team of managers and supervisors, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and employee development.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
•Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to proactively identify opportunities and risks, and ensure compliance.
•Prepare and present reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
