Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up with Customer for up-coming order/new development
∎ Monitoring the order booking status in terms of sales and capacity
∎ To chase customers for the orders according to the sales target and production capacity
∎ Materials planning with relevant departments for Yarn, Fabric, Accessories and Packaging
∎ Monitoring Sample submissions and receipt of approvals from customers according to the time and action requirement
∎ Monitoring the materials receipt according to the cut off dates
∎ Confirming the qualities of the materials receipts with Quality department
∎ Monitoring the production status in line with time and action
∎ Resolving the issues raised by customers and factories relevant to the orders
∎ Ensuring that quality confirms to standards as desired by the customer
∎ Continuously monitoring and chasing all activities in order to deliver the goods by agreed delivery date with customer
∎ Control Inventory/Stock Holding period to Minimum
∎ Claim management monitor closely
∎ Works towards to improve the cut to ship percentage
∎ Monitoring the Raw materials and Finished goods stocks on weekly basis and work with team/customer to keep them minimum
∎ Ensuring the factory line feed and attending the issues that stops line feed
∎ Claim management monitor closely.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 386750 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Breakdown (BDT)
Basic Salary : 331,500
Housing Allow. : 33,150
Conveyance : 11,050
