we invite applications for the following four (04) positions :

1) Assistant Manager (Sample & Technical)

Responsibilities (Summary):

• Supervise and manage all sample categories (Fit, Size Set, PP, Salesman, Development).

• Coordinate with buyers, merchandisers, pattern, QA, and production teams.

• Ensure technical accuracy, quality standards, and on-time sample submission.

• Resolve technical and construction-related issues.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in sample development.

• At least 3-5 years in the same position.

• Bachelor’s degree mandatory.

• Strong technical knowledge of woven garments.

• Must reside in Magura or nearby districts.

2) Sample Merchant

Responsibilities (Summary):

• Manage end-to-end sample development from tech pack to submission.

• Communicate with buyers and maintain sample approvals and comments.

• Coordinate with sample room, pattern, QA, and suppliers.

• Ensure quality, documentation, and timely submission.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in merchandising/sample development.

• At least 2-5 years in the same role.

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or Bachelor’s degree mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of woven garments and measurements.

• Must reside in Magura or nearby districts.

3) QMS Senior Executive

Responsibilities (Summary):

• Implement, monitor, and improve the factory QMS.

• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.

• Ensure SOP compliance and CAPA closure.

• Maintain QMS documentation and conduct training.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in QMS/Quality.

• At least 2-3 years in the same role.

• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering or Bachelor’s degree mandatory.

• Strong audit, documentation, and system knowledge.

• Must reside in Magura or nearby districts.

4) IE Executive

Responsibilities (Summary):

• Conduct SMV, line balancing, and capacity planning.

• Improve productivity, efficiency, and workflow.

• Support production planning through data analysis.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in IE functions.

• Bachelor’s degree (Textile/Industrial Engineering preferred).

• Strong knowledge of SMV, layout, and productivity tools.

• Must reside in Magura or nearby districts.
