Responsibilities & Context:
Handle import & export documentation (LC, PI, CI, BL, packing list, etc.)
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, banks, and freight forwarders
Manage LC opening, amendments, and realization
Ensure customs clearance and shipment follow-up
Maintain bond, VAT, and customs compliance records
Track raw materials import and finished goods export
Prepare and submit commercial reports to management
Monitor costing, pricing, and payment schedules
Ensure compliance with trade regulations and company policies
Support merchandising and production teams with commercial data
