Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time study & work measurement
Set SMV, targets, and efficiency standards
Line balancing and capacity planning
Monitor daily production vs target
Analyze loss, downtime, and bottlenecks
Improve machine & manpower utilization
Reduce cost, wastage, and rework
Support process improvement in knitting & dyeing
Prepare IE reports and performance data
Coordinate with production, planning, QA & maintenance
