Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and troubleshoot knitting and dyeing machines to ensure smooth operation.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime.
Install, test, and commission new machinery.
Ensure proper functioning of utilities (boilers, compressors, pumps, etc.).
Coordinate with production team to meet output targets.
Maintain spare parts inventory and manage repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Analyze mechanical faults and implement improvements.
Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
