• Degree / Diploma / B.Sc (Engg) from any reputed university / College.

• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Computer literate (MS office)

• Follow All finishing parameters and conduct shift-wise production & quality checking as required.

• Set and ensure the regular finishing program.

• Should be capable to set heat set parameters for any types of Lycra or special fabrics as required.

• Have to be strong knowledge about shade & quality.

• Should be positive, proactive and adaptable to dynamic work environments.

• Have to be Sound knowledge of production skills.

• Familiarity with ERP (SAP) will be considered an added advantage.

• Should be Goal-oriented with strong planning and organizing abilities.

• Capable to ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in the workplaces.

• Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

• In-depth understanding of costing, material handling, floor management and effective management of manpower and machines.

• Assist Manager, finishing in developing and executing a workflow plan that reflects the demand forecast.
