Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (if any).
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and planning heads to synchronize workflows and resolve systemic bottlenecks.
Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior.
Manage advanced line balancing and manpower utilization to ensure maximum throughput for high-volume orders.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Lead the IE department in developing long-term strategies for process improvement and operational excellence.
Oversee complex time and motion studies and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire production floor.
Supervise and train junior IE Officers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Spearhead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives to maximize value and minimize waste.
