• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (if any).

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S will be an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and planning heads to synchronize workflows and resolve systemic bottlenecks.

• Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly production KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior.

• Manage advanced line balancing and manpower utilization to ensure maximum throughput for high-volume orders.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

• Lead the IE department in developing long-term strategies for process improvement and operational excellence.

• Oversee complex time and motion studies and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the entire production floor.

• Supervise and train junior IE Officers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Spearhead the implementation of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives to maximize value and minimize waste.
