Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the entire dry process floor, ensuring production targets are met on time and within quality parameters.
Supervise and refine dry process techniques, including: Hand scraping, whisker (laser and manual), and 3D tacking, Grinding, destroying and PP spray/sponge applications, Laser machine programming and optimization.
Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to develop new washes and finishes that align with global fashion trends and buyer "Master Samples
Analyze workflow to reduce bottlenecks, minimize waste, and improve the "first-time-through" rate.
Expert knowledge of laser technology (Jeanologia/VAV), pattern making for dry process, and fabric behavior.
