• Prepare and update fabric consumption sheets and plan material requirements accurately.

• Follow up with the knitting team to ensure on-time grey fabric delivery and maintain order-wise production updates.

• Allocate yarn properly for knitting and dyeing while ensuring FIFO and accurate consumption.

• Assist in capacity planning and support efficient inventory utilization using EOQ and Lead time methods.

• Monitor WIP status regularly and take proactive measures to meet production timelines.

• Prepare and maintain W/O requirement, delivery status, monthly capacity and Raw material movement reports.

• Identify and resolve production or material-related issues promptly to avoid delays.

• Maintain close coordination with knitting, dyeing, production and SCM teams for smooth workflow.

• Analyze daily production data to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirement, safety standards and documentation accuracy.

• Provide data support for better decision-making when required external support.

• Continuously review material planning process and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
