Job Responsibilities:
∎ You'll be a self-starter and be responsible for all hiring needs for Rider (Delivery Tiger).
∎ Be the contact point for all Rider (Delivery Tiger)
∎ Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Kormo/Bdjobs/Facebook.
∎ Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment
∎ Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and soft skills.
∎ Conduct background checks and verify identity.
∎ Prepare on-boarding and training material for all new and existing Rider (Delivery Tiger).
∎ Prepare and maintain documentation for all Rider (Delivery Tiger)
∎ Continuously sourcing CV for Rider (Delivery Tiger)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field.
∎ Better understanding on rider’s Marketplace
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, Specially in Excel.
∎ Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and take new challenges.
