∎ Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance, and technical support.
∎ Make a good plan to finish the product by considering urgency, smooth running of the production line as well as production nature discussing with the management
∎ Carry out assigned responsibilities for developing, directing, and coordinating finishing activities for executing the production process
∎ Coordination of quality control section and dyeing section for any kind of fault is generating during processing
∎ Look after the finishing Process and minimize the rejections
∎ Ensure the finishing production quality & communicate with higher authority for approving quality
∎ Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans; implementing production and finishing quality identifying and resolving problems.
∎ Control and ensure the quality of finishing and packing as per customers' preconditions.
∎ Monitor and support the quality issues and communicate with the audit and pre-inspection team.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of the finished product.
∎ Check daily reports and analyze and feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Supervise subcontract-related garments production and quality.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 8 years practical working experience in any reputed export-oriented Woven & Knit Garments Industries.
∎ Knowledge of all relevant retailing legal and ethical requirements
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Capable to deal promptly with emergency situations
∎ The ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results
∎ Must have knowledge of computer literacy.
