·         

1.    Quality Management System (QMS) Implementation

·         Lead and implement quality assurance systems ensuring product integrity and compliance with industry standards (ISO 9001:2015), buyer requirements, and company policies.

·         Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen the Quality Management System across all production stages.

2.    Quality Assurance & Control

·         Oversee in-line and final inspections, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken promptly for any deviations.

·         Monitor key quality checkpoints in cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing to ensure zero-defect shipments.

3.    Team Supervision & Training

·         Guide and train quality inspectors, promoting awareness of ISO 9001:2015 standards and buyer requirements.

·         Build team capability through regular coaching, workshops, and audits.

4.    Cross-Functional Coordination

·         Collaborate with production, merchandising, and compliance teams to mitigate risks and resolve quality issues.

·         Ensure alignment with technical teams to address buyer complaints and feedback effectively.

5.    Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis

·         Conduct root cause analysis of recurring defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

·         Recommend process improvements to minimize rework, rejection, and wastage.

6.    Documentation & Reporting

·         Maintain QMS documentation, inspection records, audit reports, and buyer quality approvals.

·         Prepare quality performance reports for management and support buyer audits.

7.    Compliance & Buyer Standards

·         Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards, buyer-specific quality protocols, and regulatory requirements.

·         Assist the Quality Manager during buyer audits, inspections, and certifications.

8.    Continuous Improvement

·         Drive initiatives that enhance product quality, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

·         Benchmark best practices in the garment industry for continuous development of quality systems.
