Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Routine Factory Visits: Conduct routine visits to various factory departments to monitor and ensure quality production standards are met.
∎ · Knotting Inspection: Regularly monitor the knotting process of wig caps to ensure artisans follow the required work standards and deliver consistent quality.
∎ · Provide Knotting Instructions: Offer clear and precise instructions to knotting artisans to improve their technique and maintain uniformity in production.
∎ · Material Inspection: Inspect, test, and measure all raw materials and production components, ensuring they meet the specified quality standards.
∎ · In-Process Quality Control: Perform quality checks during various stages of production to identify and address any issues promptly.
∎ · Finished Product Inspection: Evaluate the quality of finished wigs and hair systems, ensuring they meet the company’s quality benchmarks before being approved for shipment.
∎ · Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality issues to support continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ · Defect Analysis: Identify defects, analyze root causes, and provide feedback to relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
∎ · Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that all production processes comply with company standards, industry regulations, and safety protocols.
∎ · Team Collaboration: Work closely with production managers and supervisors to align quality goals with production schedules and targets.
∎ · Quality Reports: Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management, highlighting issues, corrective actions, and performance trends.
