Responsibilities & Context:
Test and verify quality of all purchased chemicals as per required standards.
Prepare reagents and conduct chemical analysis using standard lab techniques.
Develop and optimize hair treatment processes for softness, smoothness, and durability.
Formulate acid-balanced, protein-protective solutions for natural hair quality.
Conduct batch-wise testing (softness, strength, elasticity) and ensure consistent output.
Develop and improve PU base materials for better performance and longevity.
Analyze results and support production in solving processing issues.
Maintain lab records, technical reports, and quality documentation.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of laboratory equipment.
Coordinate with Production & QC teams for continuous improvement.
