Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory
∎ Manage first article and first piece inspection and report and taking necessary action if any discrepancies happen.
∎ Deal with the critical operation, quality points, and explain to the Quality team.
∎ Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance and update management.
∎ Maintain proper records of production, inspections, quality test, procedures, standards and supervising technical or laboratory issue.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
∎ Assisting factory technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying, and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
∎ To provide approval such as L/D, Bulk, print, embroidery, wash etc.
∎ Conduct tests to verify the quality of raw materials and finished products.
∎ Monitor product development processes & production to identify deviations from quality policies.
∎ To give size set sample approval, conduct a pre-production meeting, doing In-line inspection to check the quality, follow up Pre- Final inspection
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with the respective Production, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions & follow up accordingly.
∎ Work with weak performers to improve their quality level by coaching/ re-coaching.
∎ Conduct any other assignment to be given by the top management.
