Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance for all kind of garments.
∎ Pattern making & adjustment.
∎ Clear knowledge about Cad market.
∎ Leadership skills.
∎ Implement, maintain, review and improve all quality assurance and control systems/ process whilst monitoring the conduct of all audits to ensure products / process are in compliance with customer requirements.
∎ Proficiency in performing in line inspection and AQL 2.5 final inspection for garments.
∎ Perform bulk fabrics inspection based on 4-point system.
∎ Maintain AQL all levels of production process and build and implement qualify system to maintain continuous quality in all process.
∎ To ensure that the goods are completed to the correct quality standard and specification for third party inspection & in time for shipment
∎ Share and upgrade technical knowledge/ quality awareness of all relevant personal to achieve desired quality objectives thereby, facilitating production operations.
∎ Managing the production in conjunction with the technical and merchandise teams.
∎ Technical solution given to factory during bulk production & sample approval stage.
∎ Contact sample room & merchandiser for any clarification about styling & construction.
∎ Arrange & participate In pre-production meeting.
∎ Ensure adherence to organizational standards such as: SOPs, compliance standards,
∎ Critical path analysis & solution taken by experiment.
∎ Setting QA team and ensuring that targets are achieved.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Ensuring test and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and investigated, if necessary.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
∎ Must be fluent in English.
∎ Excellent written communication skill required.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 45000 (Monthly)
