Job Context:
∎ Department: Quality Control
∎ Job location: Star Gypsum Board Mills Limited.
∎ Reporting to: Factory Operation Technologist
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To ensure the quality of all raw materials which are used in Gypsum board and gypsum ceiling tiles.
∎ • To operate all laboratory equipment and perform all routine tests required for all sections of both plants.
∎ • To handling of sophisticated analytical instruments.
∎ • To perform necessary tests from all the manufacturing units of board plant starting from raw materials, cardboard, forming, setting belt, knife, dryer inlet & outlet, stacking, finished product & ware-house.
∎ • For the ceiling tiles plant: Monitor/perform all necessary tests.
∎ • To analysis/supervise of all in-process intermediate and bulk products.
∎ • To maintain daily QC log sheets and record books.
∎ • To maintain all documentation work properly and timely share with the reporting supervisor.
∎ • To cooperate with the customers while there is any complain and to detect of route cause for any manufacturing fault and report to the management accordingly.
∎ • To any other tasks assigned by supervisor related with core job.
∎ • Ensure Proper housekeeping inside the laboratory.
∎ • Maximum time spend on shop floor and check all quality parameters physically.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Ability to speak in English in intermediate level is preferred.
∎ Good commend in MS Excel and Word will be treated as added advantage.
∎ Similar working experience in similar industry will be given preference.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Positive attitude to work in a team.
∎ Must be result oriented.
∎ Proactive.
∎ Leadership quality.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ All other benefits will be admissible as per company policy.
