Education:

- Able to handle Port and Customs Operation effectively
- Familiar with commercial correspondence related to Bank.
- Custom handling, Import clearance & documentation.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure Renewal of Regulatory License of Every Business Units in-time (IRC, ERC, Explosive License, BERC License, MOC License (for Paraformaldehyde) ,BIDA etc)
Ensure LC related work with accuracy.
Ensure delivery of various types of NOCs to concerned Business Units.
Support documentation to start new SKU/Business.
Ensure Narcotics License Renewal, collect IP & collect NOC time to time (as applicable for smooth business operations)
License renewal and permission for pet Animal and Agro items.
Customs Liaison and coordination and submit Budget proposals in every year in NBR, DCCI, FBCCI, BCI, MCCI, Tariff commission,
Ensure work permit from BIDA, security clearance from SB, NSI and MoH.
Acid License from DC office Naryanganj and MoH.
Overall to maintain good liaison with External regulatory related person for faster delivery of assigned tasks minimizing the cost and other hassles for the uninterrupted operations for profitable business growth.
To find out H. S Code of various items, to submit application in commissioner appeal, to submit application to appellate tribunal, to present the hearing of custom and regarding this to contact with custom division of Honorable High court.
