• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

CA/CC Preferred

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Garments, Restaurant, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Freight forwarding, Coffee Shop, Furniture

• Minimum BBA/MBA/Honors/Masters in commerce discipline with chartered accountancy course completed/part qualified from a reputed CA firm.

• Sound knowledge on Internal auditing principles and methodology as well as professional standards and ethics

• Should have sound knowledge in Accounts, Finance, Tax (VAT/Customs Duty/Income Tax).

• Experience working in ERP environment will be preferred

• Familiar with IAS/BAS and GAAP reporting rules

• Assists the line manager in development of the audit plan

• Pre-audit and financial scrutiny of all payments and disbursements being made in the company

• Analyze techniques, methods and procedures before and during pre-audit, modifying techniques as necessary, ensuring records accurately reflect transactions, and verifying those operations are conducted efficiently and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

• Perform financial and/or operational pre-audits & post audit and compliance reviews with rules, policies and procedures

• Evaluate the adequacy of process design and the effectiveness of controls in meeting business and control objectives. Identify process weaknesses and provide evidential support for findings

• To carry out any other duties assigned by superiors in the same area of responsibility

Other Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains effective and professional working relationships with all levels of staff within the organization, including Senior Management

• Conducts investigations of suspected internal fraud

• Need to work in factory environment or warehouse locations in order to check bills, production data, and stocks
