Education:
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
    • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
    • Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance
  • MBA/M.Com in Accounting/Finance from a recognized university.

  • CA (CC/Part-qualified) / CMA (Part-qualified) is required.

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

  • Experience in ERP/accounting software will be preferred.

  • Should be highly proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate income tax, VAT, TDS, and other statutory obligations.

  • Ensure the accuracy of accounting in all transactions entered into the system and verify that they are posted prior to the month-end.

  • Assist the Supervisor and Head of Department (HoD)- Accounts and Finance in daily operations and reporting.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.

  • Maintain daily financial transactions, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and bank reconciliations.

  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT, Tax, and other statutory returns as per the regulations of Regulatory bodies.

  • Develop and implement internal control systems to safeguard company assets.

  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.

  • Perform monthly physical inventory audits.

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
