• 2 to 3 years

• Experience : Minimum two years in account.

• Invoice Preparation: Accurately preparing invoices based on purchase orders (POs) and services rendered, ensuring all details like pricing, taxes, and discounts are correct.

• Matching Process: Verifying invoice details against purchase orders and receiving reports (a three-way match process) to ensure accuracy before approval.

• Customer Sign-off: Ensuring that the customer signs off on invoices and delivery notes to prevent future disputes.

• System Entry: Accurately entering all billing information into the financial management system or ERP software. 

• Timely & Accurate Billing: Ensure that invoices are generated promptly and accurately, detailing pricing, taxes, and payment due dates, to prevent payment disputes.

• Credit Monitoring: Conduct initial credit checks on new clients and monitor the credit limits and outstanding balances of existing accounts in collaboration with the finance department.

• Systematic Collection: Implement a clear collection process for overdue payments, starting with gentle reminders and escalating to formal communication if necessary, while maintaining professionalism.

• Documentation: Maintain thorough records of all financial interactions, payment agreements, and collection activities to track progress and provide evidence if legal action is ever required.
