Validate risk data accuracy to maintain scoring and reporting integrity
Collect KRI data from SBUs to ensure complete enterprise risk coverage
Calculate and update risk scores to reflect current exposure levels
Monitor tolerance breaches to enable early risk intervention
Track action plans to ensure on-time risk remediation
Update risk index to support management oversight
Feed verified data into live dashboards for real-time visibility
Generate heat maps to highlight high-risk areas
Produce trend analysis to support proactive decision-making
Log risk incidents to maintain audit-ready records
Record compliance violations to support regulatory adherence
Track corrective actions to ensure issue closure and control effectiveness
