Responsibilities & Context:

ACI Agrolink Limited, a concern of ACI PLC, is a leading frozen seafood processing company in Bangladesh, specializing in the processing and export of high-quality shrimp. With a strong focus on quality, compliance and operational excellence.

We are looking for an Executive, Business Planning to assist with planning, budgeting, and business administrative activities.

Responsibilities:

  • 1.     Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis of financial, operational, and economic data.

  • 2.     Develop business performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

  • 3.     Conduct market intelligence analysis and industry benchmarking.

  • 4.     Assist in formulation of long-term goals, strategic initiatives, and business plans.

  • 5.     Identify and analyze issues affecting profitability, growth, yield, and productivity.

  • 6.     Review budgets and business plans to ensure logical coherence and financial accuracy.

  • 7.     Coordinate with Finance and Business teams for smooth preparation of budget, forecast, and feasibility analysis.

  • 8.     Work closely with factory operations to ensure production, yield, and inventory data accuracy.

  • 9.     Build and maintain financial databases by collecting, verifying, and backing up data.

  • 10.  Support project analysis including ROI, cost-benefit, and investment feasibility assessment.

  • 11.  Process bills and support banking activities as required.

  • 12.  Prepare ad-hoc analysis and presentations as assigned by Business Director.

  • 13.  Any other task as assigned by Supervisor.
