• Age 25 to 35 years

• Worked in Petrol Pump/Filling Station will have first priority.

• Handle daily cash transactions accurately.

• Maintain daily cash register and prepare sales reports.

• Ensure proper cash handling and balance reconciliation.

• Provide professional customer service.

• Maintain daily books of accounts (cash book, bank book, Ledger

• Record all financial transaction accurately and timely.

• Maintain proper documents & filling of accounts records.

• Handle accounts payable & receivable.

• Prepare and verify bills invoices & payment voucher .

• Follow up on outstanding receivables and company payments.

• Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports & updated all data in software.

• support management with financial data analysis.

• Managed VAT & TAX related activities for the Company.

• Operate accounting software like Tally/ERP/SAP/Excel/ MediaSoft software.
