∎ Age 28 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct Physical and chemical tests of all raw & finished products and ensure on the other shift.
∎ Record result data and discuss remedial action for discrepancies.
∎ To prepare all solutions & reagents in the laboratory for testing of oil, Bran, FG & others.
∎ Ensure product standard parameters during shift and ensure on other shifts. Record inspection data and discuss remedial action for discrepancies.
∎ Test the quality of oil at every stage and during production for consisting quality.
∎ Monitoring GMP compliance, and water quality and ensuring its effectiveness.
∎ Monitoring the implementation of CCP and reporting non-compliance & monitoring CAPA.
∎ Collect oil samples from all tanks test them regularly and report.
∎ To maintain the schedule of giving test reports to the management.
∎ Facilitate the labeling control throughout the manufacturing process (store, in process, lab).
∎ Monitoring the environmental condition of the manufacturing process (e.g. RH, Temperature) & ensure compliance.
∎ Maintaining inventory & management of laboratory reagents and instruments.
∎ Taking care of Laboratory equipment and any other equipment used for quality checking.
∎ Effective cooperation with related departments to solve quality issues.
∎ Collect competitor samples and test them in the lab for comparison and report.
∎ Crude oil, Refined oil, Bottle Plant, Chemical, DM plant & boiler register are maintained according to BSTI.
∎ Maintain clean, hygienic, and safe work environment in the department.
∎ Any other responsibility is given by the competent management from time to time.
