-Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Animal Science, or related discipline.

-Hands-on experience in agrovet product formulation and quality testing will be preferred.Strong knowledge of QC procedures, formulation techniques, and SOPs

-Understanding of agrovet regulatory requirements and compliance standardsAnalytical and problem-solving skills

-Attention to detail and documentation discipline

-Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams

-Good communication and reporting skills

Job Purpose:

The Senior Executive – Quality Control & Formulation is responsible for ensuring quality compliance, product formulation accuracy, and regulatory adherence of agrovet products. The role focuses on maintaining product standards, improving formulations, and supporting profitable and high-quality production in line with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Control:

·         Conduct routine quality testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished agrovet products.

·         Ensure compliance with approved specifications, SOPs, and quality standards.

·         Monitor production processes to maintain consistent product quality

·         Identify quality deviations and initiate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

·         Maintain proper QC documentation, test reports, and records

·         Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections

2. Production Support & Coordination:

·         Coordinate closely with the Production team to ensure formulations are correctly executed during manufacturing

·         Monitor batch manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to approved formulations, SOPs, and quality standards

·         Support batch planning, trial batches, and scale-up activities for new and existing products

·         Identify and resolve production-related quality issues, deviations, or formulation inconsistencies

·         Ensure optimal utilization of raw materials to minimize wastage and improve process efficiency

·         Participate in batch record review, yield analysis, and deviation investigations

·         Assist in improving process efficiency, cost optimization, and productivity while maintaining quality compliance

·         Ensure all production activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
