Key Responsibilities

·         Operation and maintenance of KHS Series 4 Blow Molding machines.

·         Ensure smooth production of PET bottles in accordance with quality specifications.

·         Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process-related issues.

·         Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

·         Analyze machine downtime and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

·         Monitor and control process parameters to ensure product quality and minimize wastage.

·         Support changeovers, startups, and production planning activities.

·         Maintain compliance with GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, KORE, and EHS requirements.

·         Prepare maintenance reports, production records, and technical documentation.

·         Participate in continuous improvement, TPM, and operational excellence initiatives.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering from a recognized Institute.

Experience Requirements

·         Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PET Blow Molding operations.

·         Practical experience with KHS Blow Molding Series 4 machines is highly preferred.

·         Experience in Beverage, FMCG, Food, or Packaging Manufacturing industries.
