Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure effective workforce distribution to meet business needs.
Record all essential production information in the logbook and communicate with superiors and other departments regarding production issues.
Coordinate with the mechanical and electrical sections to resolve breakdowns, ensuring consistent quality and production.
Track stock of products produced by the spinning and looms and manually record all loose stock data in a register.
Prepare a list of operators assigned to different looms to create the daily incentive list.
Supervise tasks such as tie-ups, loom operation, fabric quality, etc.
Prepare and submit the daily production report for the running shift.
Execute production strategies and procedures to ensure efficient operations on the production floor.
Ensure seamless shift transition by communicating clearly with the previous shift in-charge.
Liaise with Quality, Cutting, Washing, Finishing, and Planning teams.
Support buyer visits, audits, and production meetings
Ensure compliance with buyer codes of conduct and factory policies
Inspect the production floor for empty or soon-to-be-empty breaker, softener, spinning frames, looms, prepare a beam-up list, and promptly notify the mechanical department.
Record daily production operations, including total production per shift, efficiency, and other relevant activities in the production section.
