Context:

We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Manager / Sr. Manager – Embroidery to lead and manage the embroidery operations of a large knit garments factory. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, quality control, and timely delivery while maintaining cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full embroidery production process for knit garments
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines
- Maintain quality standards as per buyer requirements
- Optimize machine utilization and reduce wastage
- Coordinate with merchandising, planning, and production teams
- Handle troubleshooting of embroidery machines and technical issues
- Lead and develop the embroidery team (operators, supervisors, technicians)
- Ensure compliance with safety and factory policies.
