Experience:

• At least 2 years

• Minimum Graduation.

• BSc. In leather/Footwear/Leather products engineering or a related field will be given preference.

• At least 2 years

• Age 25 to 35 years

• The applicant should have experience in the following business area(s):  

  Bags manufacturing( Leather, PU & Fabric)

• Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.

• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Conduct inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Resource Management: Ensure optimal use of resources including materials, equipment, and personnel. Coordinate with procurement for timely supply of raw materials.

• Supervision: Oversee production staff, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.

• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.

• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production status, quality issues, and operational performance. Communicate any challenges or delays to management.

• Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

• Follow up S6S.

• And any Assigned job instructed by the supervisor.
