• Must Have Experience in industrial/manufacturing sector, preferably bag production.

• Strong leadership and floor management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

Job Context: We are seeking an experienced Supervisor – Production Floor to oversee and manage daily production activities in our 100% Export-oriented Bag Manufacturing Factory. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain production efficiency, and meet quality standards required for international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production floor activities in accordance with the approved production plan.
• Ensure workers’ attendance, discipline, and proper work allocation.
• Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards during production operations.
• Report production progress and any issues to the In-Charge and assist in improving production efficiency.
