• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Experience in industrial/manufacturing sector, preferably bag production.

• Strong leadership and floor management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Job Context:
We are seeking an experienced In-Charge – Production Floor to oversee and manage daily production activities in our 100% Export-oriented Bag Manufacturing Factory. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, maintain production efficiency, and meet quality standards required for international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production floor activities to meet production targets, quality, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate manpower, machines, and materials to ensure uninterrupted production flow.

• Monitor production efficiency, line balancing, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Report production progress, issues, and improvement requirements to higher management.
