Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in leather handbag merchandising.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • In-depth knowledge of leather, accessories, and handbag construction.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication and reporting.
  • Good in Excel, email, and ERP (if applicable).
  • Smart, proactive, and team-oriented.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage full merchandising process for handbag orders.

  • Coordinate with buyers for sampling, approvals, costing, and production follow-up.

  • Prepare BOM, T&A plans, and maintain production timelines.

  • Work closely with PD, sourcing, production, and QA teams.

  • Monitor SCM for any order .

  • Ensure proper material sourcing as per specs and buyer requirements .

  • Assist in price negotiations and maintain profit margin goals.

  • Track orders and ensure smooth delivery from development to shipment.
