- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in production planning, line balancing, and efficiency improvement.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and quality management systems.
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, etc.)

Job Summary:
Virgo Retail Ltd., a leading clothing brand in Bangladesh, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to oversee daily factory operations, ensure the timely production of high-quality garments, and lead the production team with efficiency and discipline. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of apparel production processes, technical skills, and leadership ability.

Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan, organize, and supervise the entire production process from cutting to finishing.
- Oversee the entire production process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Coordinate with the planning, merchandising, and quality control teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Manage production staff, provide guidance and training, and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Ensure production targets are met as per requirements, quality standards, and delivery deadlines
- Maintain product quality standards and ensure adherence to company policies
- Train, motivate, and supervise production staff and line operators.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.
- Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with factory policies.
- Handle audits and compliance-related matters.
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and resource planning
