Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 18 years
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in QC/QA within a retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand environment.
Sound knowledge of fabric, trims, stitching, finishing, and packaging standards.
Experience in vendor QC, production quality monitoring, and AQL standards preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct quality inspections of apparel, accessories, and other lifestyle products at different production stages.
Ensure all products meet company and brand quality standards before delivery to outlets.
Develop and maintain QC checklists, sampling plans, and inspection procedures.
Coordinate with production units, suppliers, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.
Monitor product packaging, labeling, and finishing to maintain brand consistency.
Prepare inspection reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Support the continuous improvement of quality systems and production processes.
Regularly collect and analyze quality feedback from retail outlets.
