• Age At least 18 years

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in QC/QA within a retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand environment.

• Sound knowledge of fabric, trims, stitching, finishing, and packaging standards.

• Experience in vendor QC, production quality monitoring, and AQL standards preferred.

• Conduct quality inspections of apparel, accessories, and other lifestyle products at different production stages.

• Ensure all products meet company and brand quality standards before delivery to outlets.

• Develop and maintain QC checklists, sampling plans, and inspection procedures.

• Coordinate with production units, suppliers, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues.

• Monitor product packaging, labeling, and finishing to maintain brand consistency.

• Prepare inspection reports and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

• Support the continuous improvement of quality systems and production processes.

• Regularly collect and analyze quality feedback from retail outlets.
