Experience:
Assist in recruitment & selection for HO, warehouse, and retail outlets (interview coordination, joining formalities).
Maintain employee records, personal files, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
Coordinate payroll inputs: attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure proper onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfer, and exit processes.
Support performance appraisal, KPI/KRA tracking, and increment processes.
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, company HR policies, and audit requirements.
Coordinate training programs and staff development initiatives.
Oversee office administration, utilities, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
Manage vendor coordination (security services, cleaners, transport, stationery suppliers).
Handle office assets, inventory records, ID cards and access control.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when required.
Ensure proper documentation, circulars, notices, and internal communications.
