• Experience requirements: Minimum 3-5 years in women’s fashion design (retail clothing sector preferred)

• Experience requirements: Minimum 2-3 years in Men’s fashion design (Retail Clothing sector preferred)

• Strong sense of color, fabric, and styling for women’s fashion.

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.

• Good understanding of pattern making and garment construction.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.

• Develop creative and trend-focused women’s wear collections that align with the brand identity.

• Research upcoming fashion trends, fabrics, trims, and colors for seasonal design planning.

• Create mood boards, sketches, and digital design presentations.

• Collaborate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure sample accuracy and quality.

• Monitor fitting, finishing, and final approval of products.

• Work closely with the marketing team to align product design with brand campaigns.
