Job Context:
∎ A Multinational Garment Accessories Company is looking for a Production Manager.
∎ Products include Offset Printing, Woven Label, Screen Print Label, Heat Transfer Label, PU Label, RFID, Metal & Plastic Items etc.
∎ Probation period for 3 months
∎ Must have at least 3 years experience in renowned company or factories
∎ Have the knowledge for cost analysis, production SOP execution, raw material sourcing, raw material price, production technique, quality & lead time control, inspection & packing.
∎ Have strong relationship and sources with local garment accessories factories
∎ Must be honest, flexible ,diligent and reliable.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily report on bulk production status
∎ Daily report on sample development status
∎ Daily report on factory visiting schedule
∎ Weekly report on factory performance
∎ Most of the time spend in factory and material market
∎ Factory & material supplier sourcing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary on time for every month
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ EID-UL-FITR bonus one month salary, EID-UL-AZHA bonus half month salary.
