Job Context:
∎ Probation period 3 months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Daily communication with customer in email or phone call in English.
∎ 2.Send quotation to customer and guide them to place the PO in the fixed format.
∎ 3.Create PI and send to customer for confirmation.
∎ 4.After PI and layout confirmation from customer then place the PO to counter supplier.
∎ 5.Create PI and PO in the system.
∎ 6.Check the development and bulk production schedule and share the feedback with customer.
∎ 7.Check the payment status with finance department.
∎ 8.Release the bulk delivery and inform customer with shipping documents.
∎ 9.Solve the complaint from customer.
∎ 10.Communicate with U.S and China part for order details.
∎ 11.Other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ Should have good communication skills.
∎ Should have ability to correspond accurately.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ We are a foreign company and the salary will on time every month.
EID-UL-FITR bonus one month salary, EID-UL-AZHA bonus half month salary.
