Experience:

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in a similar role within the RMG sector.

• Strong background in high SMV garments, particularly workwear jackets and trousers.

• Proven experience in workwear jackets and trousers.

Technical Skills:

• Expert in sewing layouts, line balancing, quick changeover (QCO), and production efficiency management.

• Solid understanding of production planning, inventory management, and quality control.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

With rapid expansion and a strong focus on innovation and quality, we are seeking a Production Manager/Assistant Production Manager to lead and optimize our production operations.

Location: Cumilla Export Processing Zone, Bangladesh|

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all production and quality activities, ensuring optimal cost-efficiency and adherence to buyer standards.

• Lead a production team of 500+ workers to meet daily production targets, efficiency benchmarks, quality standards, and cut-to-ship ratios.

• Collaborate closely with the IE (Industrial Engineering) team to improve low-efficiency lines and boost overall productivity.

• Plan and monitor on-time shipment schedules and ensure material availability (fabric, trims, and accessories).

• Implement new technologies and continuous improvement methods for productivity and quality enhancement.

• Analyse production data and support the execution of strategic production plans.

• Conduct training to upgrade operator skills based on new product requirements.
