Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive all order details from account managers and upload it in order dashboard
∎ Coordinate with cooking team to prepare daily procurement/bazaar requisitions
∎ Inform the cooking team of next day's orders, and coordinate with them on preparation schedule
∎ Plan all packaging, delivery schedule, delivery routes, manpower requirements and execute accordingly
∎ Ensure quality control by tasting each food item made daily
∎ Ensure the kitchen is kept scrupulously clean and all hygiene practices are maintained at all times
∎ Ensure we have adequate stock of raw materials and other inventory items to execute next day's orders
∎ Ensure timely preparation and delivery of all catering orders
∎ Prepare daily food cost estimation and work towards decreasing food cost
∎ Assist in all other production-related activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in speaking and writing in English
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets
∎ Ability to easily mix with people and build relationships
∎ Smart, well-mannered and a team player
∎ At least one (1) year proven work experience in a similar role will be a bonus, but not necessary.
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
